• Description ;; The ninja builds up chakra into their hand (takes one post to charge). After generating black lightning from their body which takes the form of a panther, the user can manipulate it to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them up to 36 feet radius (10 meters) by simply moving the panter to the next . Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water bumping up it's power. If the targets are in water then everyone in the water is effected base of the range of the water if the panter strikes the water.

-Range needs to be a defined distance, long range is far too vague
-you say 'generating' black lightning, I'd like you to describe how, ie. Handsigns, inhaling and infusing chakra, or etc...
-How many people can be electrocuted? Is it a set number or an area of affect type of thing? Needs more detail for sure
-There's some broken coding around you WC and requirenments that needs to be fixed up

i bumped up the range and yes 36 feet radius. I also added in how many meters 36 feet is.
