Village Hidden in the Iceberg
The Land of Ice, Hyou no Kuni, is a land made up of ice and snow. The Village that calls the Land of Ice home is the Hyozan no Gakure. Despite it's name, the Village is actually situated on a glacial plateau the overlooks the vast expanse of the frozen tundra and sea that surrounds it.

The Land of Lava (風の国 Yo no Kuni?), one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations, is a large, rocky, and desolate country whose cities are found near volcanos. While much of the country is inhospitable, the population is large and prosperous due to frequent trade with the Lands. The Land of sky is one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations and contains the hidden village of Sukaigakure. It is composed of many floating islands, with each having its own unique traditions. It is high in the sky a way of transport there is the giant birds the village trains and breeds so that people can get around the sky village and the country with out many problems.

The Village Hidden in the Dark
This village is ruled by no one, but is inhabited by almost every missing Ninja in the world of Shinobi. Its bases are located miles underground where the gravity has been set to feel as if they were on the crust of the world. The World of Darkness is found through means of travel through their secret tunnels or falling into the deep blue ocean. No one under Jounin level know of the village and only the top ranked shinobi know of one of its secret entrances.

Minor villages
These are the lower Nations that are not much recognized by most people. But some of the villages have strong ninja. None of these villages have Kages because of how small the Nations are. Which means they have lords such as Otogakure is the main village with a lord. Alot of the Lower Nation villages have evil shinobi, but is sometimes luck to find a good shinobi from the village.
