• description ;; An Ice Release technique formed from already existing ice (Members of the Yuki clan can form it out of their chakra). After forming the needed hand seal the user will thrust his/her arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent (The body of the dragon has a circumference of 1 meter and is 25 meters long). As it flies through the air it will begin to twist and turn, the dragon moves in response to the users thoughts with but a small amount of concentration. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air. The attack is very strong, capable of launching strong opponents high into the air, or freeze weak opponents into the ice prison jutsu. (Can freeze up to 5 people, but for every person frozen the power of the Ice Prison is lowered by 1, meaning that if 2 people are frozen then each Ice Prison will have 4 power, if 4 people are frozen then each prison will have 2 power. Meaning, if this jutsu has 100 power and only 1 person was hit, then if that person had less than 100 chakra they will be frozen, whereas if 5 people were hit then anyone of them with less than 20 chakra will be frozen. This technique will also freeze solid any water release techniques equal to it's power or lower)

can I get the dimensions of the dragon? and does the user have to concentrate for the dragon to turn?
