• Description ;;Using the hands seals Tiger, Ram, and then Boar the user begins to form water, that turns into a 20 foot tall dragon, with its width being 3 feet. During it’s conjuring, the jutsu has lightning chakra implemented into it’s system, fusing the two elements together. With visible lightning surging inside and outside of its body(outside the lightning is like an overcoating of it’s outline) the jutsu can be controlled with the user’s mind. It’s lightning chakra being so violent, the jutsu can tear up the land below it if it gets too close, and contact with an enemy results in the lightning force entering the victims body, along with the dragon itself attacking them. The lightning causes numbness on the body part which is attacked, equal to the power of the jutsu.
The dragon can only stick around for one post. After which it will explode and release lightning in a 6 meter radius, along with water acting as a conduit. The user can choose to activate this exploding effect anytime.
