• Description ;;This just is tiggered by the dog hand seal fallowed by the Ox. Being drawn inwards to a spiralling void focused on his/her right eye, the user is instantaneously transported to virtually any location of his/her choosing (As long they have been there IC or can see it with in their range of vision). This is done by generating a spatial barrier, that warps anyone and anything within its confines. The barrier can expand up to 5 meters (16 feet) Min and 10 feet high. It can even effect chakra-based substances.To fit the situation, the spatial barrier's size and shape can be manipulated at will the max size of the barrier can extend to 10 meters, and 25 feet high.Only objects that can fit in the barrier can be teleported.
• Requirements ;; Sharingan and Ninjutsu as main. Also you must be at least Jounin to use.

-For the name I think it should be Kamui xD, but nah I'm jk, just get the name figured out before you finish editing it~
-Ranges need to be defined
-So it's a full teleportation and not just moving you to another dimension? It sounds extremely close to Sasuke's Rinnegan ability if that's the vibe I should be getting?
-Give a max and min size to the barrier and the ways it can be manipulated
-Says you need Sharingan, but this sounds far closer to an MS ability, which means the rank needs to be bumped up as well (SS most likely)
-Furthermore, it needs to be limited to where you can only teleport places that you've been IC, as well as the max number of people that you can teleport along with you, and if teleporting a chakra based object, then what size/dimensions?
-Also the cooldown will probably need to be up'd as teleporting once per post is a bit high for a technique like this
-Addendum: There should also be a resist stat for when you are teleporting other people

There is no other dimension, and it's just a Sharigan tech from naruto gaiden lol. I made the max to just a yard so would I still need the resist stat?
