If you are making a Custom clan with a Custom Element then you must first register the Element by itself. Everything must be approved before it can completely be used.

Forum-Bloodline Rules-Kekkei Genkai (血継限界, Literally meaning: Bloodline Limit) are abilities passed down genetically within specific clans. They can be physical, altering a part of the user’s body, mental, augmenting the user’s mind, or spiritual, affecting the way their chakra system operates and the elements they can produce.
While it is difficult to find common ground between abilities of this scale, we will be trying to keep custom KKG in line with those already approved within the system. Please try to format and design your KKG abilities within reason, and within the style of other approved applications.
