Village Upgrades

Facilities are an important part of the village's economy and protection. Each facility will have multiple ranks of progress and each progression will result in higher or stronger benefits. Of course these facilities cost an enormous amount of ryo for each one and each upgrade.
Sensory Barrier: Creates an invisible barrier around the total circumference of the village. Invisible to the naked eye, but not sensory techniques or certain doujutsu- this barrier acts as an alarm to the village, noting all shinobi inside the village of intruders and from which direction they came.
Rank 1: Once the barrier is erected, it is monitored at all times by a team of shinobi in a highly secured and secret place. The barrier covers the whole village and alerts the sensory shinobi when someone not of their village enters intrusively through various methods. The method between recognizing their villagers, strangers and intruders varies between villages: the most common way are seals however. Typically seals that are places on their village's PC shinobi(not their belongings). Merchants and travelers get temporary seals in the form of scrolls that change regularly. 100,000 RYO
Rank 2: Once upgraded to rank 2, the seal's range is increased along with a secondary barrier being added at the barrier's increase parameter. The range extends one hundred feet passed the gates, allowing for additional checkpoints and guards to be places to secure the village. This coupled with the Walls perk will further increase the village's security. 200,000 RYO
Rank 3: Once upgraded to rank 3, the seal's range is increased further along with a third barrier being added at the barrier's increased parameter. The range extends three hundred feet passed the innermost gates, allowing for up to two more additional checkpoints and gates if coupled with the Walls perk. 400,000 RYO

Fortress Barrier: Creates an invisible barrier around the total circumference of the village. Invisible to the naked eye, but not to sensory techniques or certain doujutsu- this barrier acts as a physical defense against intruders and attacks. Once activated, no one may enter or exit the village without permission from the guards posted at the entrance.
Rank 1: Once the barrier is erected it acts as a two-way membrane which controls whom or what may enter or leave the village. The seal's password is changed regularly and the only way to enter or exit is to receive the new password seal from the guards. The guards inspect everyone who enters or leaves, to prevent intruders. The defense of the barrier is equivalent to 1,000 power. 100,000RYO
Rank 2: Once the barrier is erected it acts as a two-way membrane which controls whom or what may enter or leave the village. The seal's password is changed regularly and the only way to enter or exit is to receive the new password seal from the guards. The guards inspect everyone who enters or leaves, to prevent intruders. The defense of the barrier is equivalent to 2,000 power. 200,000 RYO
Rank 3: Once the barrier is erected it acts as a two-way membrane which controls whom or what may enter or leave the village. The seal's password is changed regularly and the only way to enter or exit is to receive the new password seal from the guards. The guards inspect everyone who enters or leaves, to prevent intruders. The defense of the barrier is equivalent to 3,000 power. 400,000 RYO

Walls:
Rank 1: The first wall is erected around the immediate area of the entire village. These walls are made of stone and rise up a good twenty feet. A single gate is positioned at the entrance of the village and half a dozen guards are stationed there at all times. Each gate possesses a portion of the seal required to enter the village. The defense of the wall is equivalent to 500 power. 50,000 RYO
Rank 2: The second wall is erected at a distance of 100 feet area of the entire village. The first and second wall are made of steel reinforced stone and rise up a good forty feet. A second gate is positioned at the entrance of the second wall and half a dozen guards are stationed there at all times. Each gate possesses a portion of the seal required to enter the village.  The defense of the wall is equivalent to 1,000 power. 100,000 RYO
Rank 3: The third wall is erected at a distance of 300 feet area of the entire village. The first, second and third walls are made of reinforced steel and rise up a good eighty feet. A third gate is positioned at the entrance of the third wall. Each gate possesses a portion of the seal required to enter the village. Village hidden in the Iceberg
Crisis: Villages and Upgrades Hyozangakure_zpsfa429cb1
The Village hidden in the iceberg is one of the only villages that is connected to the land of shinobi yet is surrounded by water on almost all sides. Upon walking to the Village there are many points in which the land before it changes from A warm sunny grassland, to a frozen wasteland. Usually changing before the season of fall. Other ways of reaching the village would be the frozen sea that surrounds the village, it covered with thin ice that does not allow for merchants to carry their goods across. Upon reaching the village the are the temples in the snowy lands, this temple has the founder's remains deep in them. The Temple is hidden by the blizzards that constantly surrounds it every other day of the week. Upon reaching the gates there are three main roads, the one to the right leads to the Ninja Academy, the one on the left leads to the Hospital, while the middle leads to the Villages main square which holds statue of the current kage. After walking through the Center of the Village the villages large ice dome is able to be seen. Following the dome forward you will find a large building, the Kazankage building, at the top of it is the Crystal of ice which holds together the village, one of two. After leaving the village through one of the side gates you will find yourself in an almost endless snow field, falling through any ice patch leads most to the Hidden Snow cave, which holds the second crystal of the village, both being huge and durable.

Village Hidden in the Steam
Crisis: Villages and Upgrades Jokigakure_zpsc1794c29
The village hidden in the Steam is engraved into a valley a good distance away from the other villages. In this valley are geysers, which are constantly releasing steam and water from it filling the grounds with steam, which is where it gets its name. Most ninja encounter the large area of geysers on their way to the village, surrounding the path and almost acting as if they were trees in the a forest. After some time of traveling most find themselves lost in the steam and reach the largest geyser in the country. This geyser is larger then the village and tends to shoot up black water every two hours of the day. Its given name, God of Geysers, comes from the god of steam himself. Upon entering the village there is only one road, all of the buildings are against the valley walls with a few roads that lead into the valley walls, one road leading to the villages hospital and Ninja academy. In another road there is the famous Joki hot springs, with its water that soothes and heals the ninja who lie in it. Continuing on the road you will eventually reach the Jokikage's Building, the building which resembles a castle.

Crisis: Villages and Upgrades Kazangakure_zps8c6056c0
The Land of Lava Is a land that was originally Desolate, the villages were inhabitable and the land was hotter then molten lava. After the fighting of Chakra-fueled Humans and the Great Hydra beast, the land was swallowed by a tidal wave. Three years passed and this land was recreated by the first tribe to reach it, the Kazan Tribe. They Created their homes on this Newly reformed piece of land. After so they participated in the battle of land hiring both the Senju and Abruame Clans to aid them. Though pushed back they made a home on that same island. Currently its Volcano has been Dormant for 30 years and the towns have grown even creating a village directly under the volcano.  Their Kage was one of the few to be spared in the Daiyomi's Kage assassination plot, Causing them to only be on their second Kazankage. The building resemble huts but have a different more complex interior build. The Kazankage lives in a building that is built in with the volcano. The village is also connected to the town which hosts all of the dock's shipments. The volcano is completely dormant and only has smoking coming from its mouth due to the tidal wave. From the Docks the Hydra can be seen once a year. The Volcano is Named King Heat due to the heat it gives off during the summer months.

Village Hidden in the Sky
Crisis: Villages and Upgrades Sukaigakure_zpsf283e86d
The Land of sky is one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations and contains the hidden village of Sukaigakure. Sukai is one of the peaceful villages that offered a treaty back when all tribes fought for land. The original unknown clan of the village found ways to take little pieces of land spread through the ocean and make it their own. Taking only 15 years to complete this and show themselves worthy as a village. It is composed of many floating islands and Orbs that contain towns and the biggest Orb is not transparent like the others, it is almost like a fortress of solitude. Each smaller Island id held up by the gravity that this one Village creates due to its magnitude. Sitting Thousands of miles in the sky it almost hits the upper Atmosphere. On the inside Sukai is like any other village except with two layers to it, the bottom layer is huge and holds all of the Natural land and citizens. The animals that the Ninja ride on are able to fly in this area with ease. The second Layer is composed of the Ninja houses, mostly the Hyuuga and Kaguya clans and other minor clans. Also there is the Kage's mansion which is like one giant pillar holding up the sphere, it even pierces it and sits on top of the sphere. Sometimes Sukai ecilipses the sun causing parts of the world to lose light.
