• Description ;; The Strength of a Hundred seal is widely reputed to be the absolute pinnacle of chakra control, with only the most skilled in that area being able to form this seal. By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — typically the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking that takes the same colour as the users chakra. The amount of chakra that can be stored within this seal is equal to the users own reserves, ultimately granting them access to a second pool of chakra when the seal is released. Each time this seal is used the user must type 2,000 words to refill it. It should also be noted that the user may only have one of these seals on their body at any one time, as the chakra control needed to form and maintain two of these seals at once is simply impossible for any human to attain.
When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body, and the stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying the power of their techniques (+2 power to all techniques used while in this state). By releasing the power of the seals, users of Creation Rebirth are granted access to Ninja Art Creation Rebirth — Strength of a Hundred Technique, which is essentially a much more powerful form of Creation Rebirth. The seal is not required for the usage of Creation Rebirth, it is merely an extra chakra reserve that serves to enhance it.
