• Description ;; The Five Elements Seal is a powerful technique that is used to block or disturb the target's chakra flow. The user forms a single unique hand seal and five purple flames appear on the tips of each finger on the users dominant hand, the user then slams these fingers against the intended victim to complete the seal, and once the seal is completed the target will fall unconscious for 2 posts. If the victims chakra is equal to or less than the power of the jutsu then it is completely sealed off, leaving them unable to perform even the simplest of jutsu, but if the chakra of the victim is higher than the power of the seal then their chakra is disrupted by the power of the jutsu, for example, user has 100 chakra vs enemy with 100 chakra, the seal would then seal away the enemies chakra by 80% of the users, leaving them with 20 points of chakra, going by the example. If this seal is used in conjunction with an even numbered Biju Seal, for example the Four Symbols Seal or the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style, then the Jinchuriki is unable to access their Tailed Beast Chakra
