Adamantine Attacking Chains [Canon]

1. 1 meter on the maximum size of the chains (I'm assuming width is the dimension that's measuring?) is huge, like wider than most people. Maybe an expansion thing to make it make more sense?
2. Also, I'd like you to add where the chains are created from and any potential prep into the description (I don't know if there is any serious preparation for the technique off the top of my head, but I felt I should add it)
3. In you requirements, what stops an exiled Uzumaki from teaching the technique to people?

On your requirements section, it's nice and all to have so much flavor text. But most of it seems like clan requirements (which should be left to IC and maybe the clan page?) and then other text on maintaining clan status? Which I don't think belongs in the requirements section. So if you could cut it down to the basic requirements (ie. Fuinjutsu/Ninjutsu/etc..., Uzumaki clan only, etc...) then you should be good~

• Description ;; The Adamantine Attacking Chains are an incomplete version of the Adamantine Sealing Chains. Much like its counterpart the user molds their chakra into extremely durable chains that is able to create from any part of their body, they can use these chains to combat and neutralize a target by binding and nullifying their chakra on contact. When used against Suigetsu Hozuki, the chains were able to instantly incapacitate the latter, sending him a distance away, whilst at the same time reducing his body to a jelly-like state. The user is able to control the size of the chains that they create to fit the situation whatever situation they are in at the time, with the maximum size of the chain being 6ft ft in height and 3ft in width, the chains do not exit the users body at this length though, the chain expands for the first 2 meters that it exits the users body until it is the right size. The user is able to create up to five chains at any one time and is able to extend said chains up to fifty meters away from them, the user can control the chains movements completely with nothing more than their minds. There are no real hand seals or preparation time required in order to perform this jutsu, meaning that it is a great jutsu for surprise attacks or when in a tough spot, since it can be performed in an instant

The chains completely suppress the chakra of anybody with lower chakra than the power of the chains for as long as they are in contact with the chains, this also effects Jinchuriki and their Biju, and as long as the power of the chains is greater than the chakra of the whatever the chains are binding then the chakra of whatever is being bound by the chains will be completely suppressed. The user is also able to use these chains to form an A-rank barrier that will prevent anyone from entering or exiting the area unless it has either been broken or dropped.

No damage is dealt to anyone that comes into contact with the barrier, nor will it reflect any techniques that come into contact with it, the only thing that it does is prevent anyone or anything from entering or exiting the area. In order to erect this barrier the user must use their chains to form a dome around the area that they wish to seal off, the only catch being that the user must be inside the target area, once this has been done the users chains will glow brightly and a light blue barrier will connect between the chains, thus creating the barrier

Due to being an incomplete version of the Adamantine Sealing Chains they do not possess the ability to bind and nullify chakra upon contact, but other than that the chains possess the same abilities as the Adamantine Sealing chains, including the ability to create a barrier, although the barrier is weaker than the barrier produced by the Adamantine Sealing Chains, being an A-rank barrier at most, and possessing the same amount of power as the chains. and can only be broken by an attack that has at least 25 points of power higher than the barrier itself, any attack with any less power than that will do no damage to it whatsoever.
