• Description ;; A single seal draws water from either the user's body or the surroundings and shapes it into a duplicate of the user, possessing a mass of their chakra. This clone, being made of water and Suiton, is only capable of using techniques of its own nature, and only possesses one tenth of its original's ability. Though not the most powerful of fighters against a shinobi of a similar level, these clones are best used as tactical distractions or living sources for the original's Suiton techniques. A single hit reverts the clones back to water.
