Cool Down;;
Three Post cool-down after expiration.

• Description ;;
Allows the user to suppress their own or an allies chakra (By maintaining direct contact) to the point where chakra sensory (typically used by sensory ninja) cannot sense them for the duration of this technique.

They may use this technique either on themselves, or a single target ally by direct touch - But not both or more than one ally at a time.

The drawback to this technique is, however, that while their chakra is hidden from those who would seek them out they are unable to use any jutsu due to their suppressing of their own chakra (Or vice versa if they are suppressing another person's chakra, the target would be unable to use jutsu)

This means that while this technique is ideal for infiltration, if one wishes to use offensive or even defensive techniques they will likely have to give away their location by releasing the suppression on their own or their allies chakra flow.

This technique lasts up to five posts if direct contact is maintained with their target and upon cancellation of the technique by any means, the cool-down begins regardless of how long they have used the suppression.

1. Jutsu is going to need a power of some level
2. Edit it so that it says (makes it clear?) that the user, while suppressing theirs/anyone's chakra can not use jutsu
