1. As for making it a variable speed, it seems unneccessary. A rank would easily cover the 5 points, but the extra WC seems excessive to need. I would ask you make it a signal number, and maybe increase the original 2k if you wish to do so, but I'd be fine with 2.5k

Also, as for the placing your hand, add something along the lines that this technique does not restrain or knock them unconscience, if they are awake, they can easily escape.

And with the previous technique, I'd like there to be some measure for 'how much' info you can pull per post or something

"The user enters the target's subconscious by placing a hand on the target's head and extracts any information needed, even if the target has forgotten it or has had it blocked. A special device can be used to decrease the time it takes to read the target's mind and allows other ninja to assist. Memories that have mental blocks on them will require longer periods of time to probe through and obtain however. Depending on the skill of the user and their level of experience, they will be able to go through days worth of the target's memories in a matter of moments and sift through until they find what they want while others may have to go through each memory in its entirety."

This ability does not render the target unable to move and if they are conscious they could escape if they are not restrained or knocked unconscious, making this technique only truly viable if the target is restrained and/or unconscious.

This technique is able to reach further back into the target's mind than the Eye Mind Reading technique as it is much more focused and requires the target in question to be still.

As such, the user is able to delve through one month through a target's memory per post, up to a maximum of one year.
