TWO Limiteds per PERSON, and ONE Limited per Character. Yes this is one of the main rules involving these Limiteds, As you know all Limiteds have a reason for being one of two things; Banned or Limited.

In order to remain fair members can train for a limited technique through In Character means though this does exclude certain Kekkei Genkai as well as Jashinist. Due to the 'Character alts Rule' each person is only allowed up to two characters consisting of a Main and an Alt. You may choose which two get to start with the Limited, but once you do, Any further accounts cannot start with a Limited, which brings up Two Limited Per Person, The 'TLPP Rule'. While bijuu are not limited, being a Jinchuriki takes the place of one of the two limiteds you may posses. Likewise, you may not claim a limited on a Jinchuriki character, however you may work towards earning them IC.
Any advanced element's ,KKG or Bijuu that are not on the list count as your limited spot for your character. This is to make sure that people are not having a limited as well as a advanced element or KKG already saves people getting easy Over powered. Unless it is one of the techniques that are under Claimable with a clan.
Each person with a claim has exactly one week to get a character up and at least into the approval process. If they fail to do this, they will forfeit their limited technique and it will open back up for others to claim. Even if that person comes back, they will not be allowed to begin with a limited claim.
Certain Limited Jutsu can be learned In character or gained in different ways. Such as the MS eyes or certain KKG. Jutsu can be gained by embarking on Legendary Missions to different Lands and Claiming the Scroll to get this Jutsu. After so you must train it. Staff will Make and NPC Legendary missions and only those given Legendary tokens from Missions can embark on these missions.
