• Description ;; Through the combined implementation of the Body Flicker Technique as well as the Water Clone Technique, the user of this jutsu can immediately utilize chakra to invigorate the body and move at extreme speeds, as well as allowing the user to leave an afterimage of themselves behind, a literal Water Clone. Though the chakra signature of this water clone remains quartered, as the original technique would suggest, the power of this clone is half that of its user; and its execution and placement is flawless, making it extremely difficult for an opponent to detect a misdirection, even to the trained eye.

Additionally, by manipulating the desired properties of what makes Body Flicker useful to shinobi with higher speed capabilities, this technique utilizes chakra to determine just how fast the user can move. For every incriment of 50 Chakra, the speed of this technique increases by 1 point. The clone can move freely and perform techniques based on its elemental affinity (Water), but can travel no further than 65 meters from the user, or it reverts back to water. Additionally, the clones survability depends solely on the Durability statistic it receives based on the user. (IE: If the user has 10 Speed, this clone would have 5. If the user has 10 Durability, this clone would have 5, etc.)
