• Description ;; This powerful kinjutsu allows the user to literally suck the soul out of their victim's body.  In order to do so, the user must touch their lips to their target's lips and then initiate the jutsu.  Doing so forges a connection between the user's chakra network and the target's, and renders both of them paralyzed for the duration of the jutsu.  Once this connection is made, jagged lines of glowing blue chakra begin to cover the user's body from their face downwards.  This paralysis holds the victim in place through out the jutsu, however those with an especially potent chakra will find it easier to break free from this jutsu than others with more weaker chakra.  If the victim has a chakra score that is more than 20 points higher than the power of the jutsu, they will be able to move, and may attempt to  escape from the technique.

On the second full post with jutsu being active, the user may deepen the kiss by touching tongues with the victim, increasing the rate of chakra drain by 50%.  The victim will be unable to move, as their chakra begins to pour from their mouth into the user's mouth in the form of a narrow beam of flowing chakra.  The user may end the jutsu at any time, however unless the full chakra pool is drained they will receive only a replenishment to their own chakra pool and no other benefits of the jutsu.

Each post this jutsu remains active, the user of Execution by Kiss is able to drain 20 points(or 30 points if tongues are touching) away from the victim's chakra stat, and they may continue to do so until the victim's chakra stat reaches zero.  The user's chakra stat for this purpose is calculated by adding the base chakra stat to any permanent bonuses received from Special Characteristics, Clan Traits, or other such sources.  Temporary bonuses from items, jutsu, or other sources that may be removed or have a duration do not count.

Each post this jutsu remains active replenishes the amount of chakra drained from the victim into the user's chakra network, allowing them to refresh their chakra mid-fight, however unless the full chakra score is completely drained, the chakra lost by the victim will not be permanent, and will recharge as normal.

If the user of Execution By Kiss chooses to continue to drain the user's chakra stat until it reaches zero, the victim will die from chakra exhaustion, and be left a withered dry husk of their former self.  After the victim has perished, a number of benefits are given to the user of Execution by Kiss.  The first, and most well known of the benefits, is that the user may choose a single basic element possessed by the victim and add it to their own update as an elemental nature they will forever more have access too.  Further, 10% of the user's chakra stat is awarded as a permanent bonus to the user's base chakra stat.  

The final bonus is that the user may immediately purchase up to 5 of the victim's elemental jutsu, so long as those jutsu are taken from the element stolen by the user.  These jutsu are purchased with a 50% discount on their xp cost.  This must be done at the moment of execution, or they must be purchased or trained at full cost another time.  This may even be used to steal custom jutsu(with permission but not training), so long as the jutsu is of the same elemental affinity as the element stolen.  Execution by Kiss MAY NOT be used to steal any advanced element, under any circumstance.

This jutsu deals with direct access to the victim's chakra network, and as such it comes with some drawbacks.  Jinchuriki of the 3 headed dog are completely immune to this jutsu, and the dark chakra they possess will actually harm the user, all beit in a minor and superficial way.  Senjutsu chakra will turn the user to stone, unless they too have access to Sage Mode.

Another benefit of this jutsu is the ability to taste elemental natures.  No chakra needs to be spent to activate this jutsu for this purpose, the user need only lick any exposed skin on their target, and they will taste each of the basic elemental natures possessed by the target.

It appears that this is the 'final decision' that the other player is allowed to make for the next several posts; If that is indeed the case, and the kiss itself is how you win, than there is no point in having it be based on the duration of the jutsu, your victim is paralyzed and can't do anything. Does a big chakra flare burn you? Or does it just taste better? I need elaboration on this mechanic, it muddles up the following few factors. The final portion appears sound as an S rank technique that has allowed you to consume an entire soul. However, does the processing of this soul harm you in any way, or is it like eating an apple for you?
