• Description ;; Hand seals are Monkey,Ox, Boar, Tiger. The user releases a discharge of 7 lightning destructive disk up to 30 meters far. They are all coated with lightning, able to numb opponents with sufficient power, and can hone in on opponents. This honing feature follows the opponents until destroyed by a power higher than the jutsu, and can only be active for up to two turns.
