• Description ;; The hand seals would be Ox,Horse, Dragon. The jutsu makes a three sided wall in order to bind enemies and hold them hostage. The walls are ultra powered with lightning, electrocuting anything inside of it with the power of the jutsu. The user is able to break through the jutsu with power higher than the jutsu, other than that there's no escape other than outside help since the jutsu is not lightning powered from the outside.

The jutsu needs three conduits in order to be activated.
