• Description ;; The user throws a handful of shuriken into the air like one would throw flowers. With a swing of their Giant Folding Fan, the user then encloses the shuriken in wind, making them hit the floor and spring back up in several sequences. An advanced user can complete the technique without a Folding Fan.
• Requirements ;; 500WC to master for Fanless casting, Ninjutsu, Wind
